Target groups of the project are:
mentors, organisations that deliver, or are interested in developing mentoring programmes, such as schools, educational organisations, training centres, SMEs, enterprises and voluntary organisations that will benefit from the findings of the project, the best practices identified and exchanged, from the validations of the resources identified and adapted along the lifespan of the project, so to be able to devise improved learning schemes and tools to make mentors support mentees more capably and usefully.

Beneficiaries are:
they can vary from VET students and leavers, including those with learning difficulties or at risk; other vulnerable and disaffected young people within and outside the VET sector, youth with a lack in social and basic skills, workers. In this context MAITRE intends to promote also an improved dialogue and a stronger support in favour of disadvantaged people. In few words the whole community.
