Training for Innovation - Requirements and functions of training in innovation transfer processes

Abstract: The aim of the study was to higlight the requirements and functions of training in the processes of innovation transfer, in particular by observing the dynamics generated at local level by links between small high-tech undertakings, universities, research centres and training establishments and the role of external service providers. In particular the study should clarify, using case studies featuring good practice, the procedures whereby networking by these operators helped to develop these skills.
