| Abstract: | TechnéDonne, financed in the framework of the European EQUAL Programme, intends to contrast the waste of knowledge and practices of women in the ICT sector, dealing in an innovative way with gender digital divide. TechnéDonne wants to verify what womens’ competences in the ICT field are, how much their competences are recognised / valorised and how much they are free to choose their professional life taking into account their particular conditions. |
