| Abstract: | STIM’INNOV tried to anticipate the needs of new technological, organisational and managerial competences for SME, through the analysis of industrial changes and their impact on labour and human resources management. The main objective of the analysis has been to single out the elements which mainly contribute to technological changes and to determine the effect they have on qualifications and competences of personnel in certain industrial sectors, as there are: - ICT sector - Electronics sector - Agroindustrial sector - Pharmaceutics and cosmetics sector |
