JUDAICA Europeana
Jewish contribution to Europe's cultural heritage
JUDAICA Europeana is one of a series of initiatives supported by the European Commission to establish EUROPEANA, the European digital library. Europeana draws on rich content from libraries, archives and museums and will be launched in summer 2010.  The project will identify and digitize Jewish content for Europeana with a projected contribution of several million pages and thousands of other items.

Multi.Co.M.
Multimedia Collection Management
The Multi.Co.M. project, funded withing the framework of the Leonardo da Vinci Programme, aims to realize a first module of an e-Learning pilot course for the training of documentalists working in audio and video collections, with particular attention to managing, services and valorisation of their collections. The project will produce appropriate e-Learning material in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

NEW BOOK ECONOMY
The NEW BOOK ECONOMY project addressed the entire book sector (libraries, publishers and booksellers), to face the difficult transition towards electronic publishing. The objective has been to evaluate the impact of new technologies and their subsequent development with reagrd to the whole book sector, in order to define training needs to requalify labour in the library and publishing sector, through the identification of new professional profiles and the development of specific training courses.

ROMIT
ROMan ITineraries
The main aim of the ROMIT project was to find, at European level, new ways of preservation and management of the archaeological sites of Roman origin, integrating them into the local development policies.

VOCH
The project sets out from acknowledging the increasing importance of the voluntary sector for the preservation of the cultural heritage and the running of cultural institutions, such as museums, and intends to develop and deliver training addressed to the people in charge of running volunteer programmes.
