| Abstract: | The project aimed at mapping and evaluating all services for adult education available in the Province of Reggio Emilia. The data was collected among local administrations, the Centri Territoriali Permanenti (established by the Provincial School Authorities in agreement with local authorities and other public and private bodies, with the aim of providing young and older adults with the opportunity of achieving the elementary and the lower secondary school leaving certificates), the Centri per l’Impiego as well as among other local actors. The level of customer satisfaction was detected with the help of multilingual questionnaires. The outcomes of both analysis were used as a common ground for better integrating the system. |
